Lionel Valdellon (Acid42) 7 tracks of slightly glitchy, mesmerizing electronic midtempo and downtempo. Crispy snares with ghost notes, pleasant chimey synth chords, driving rhythms. The palette of sounds remind me of a lot of IDM records from Warp, but the programming and the performances remind me of trip hop backing tracks from Hooverphonic, Supreme Beings of Leisure, Esthero, and Morcheeba. Man, do I sound old. It's a sweet trip down the late '90s memory lane but done with modern technology. Favorite track: Lesser Paragon/Soulmate Devastator Redux.
